Welcome to Kohala Country Adventures Guest House, a beautiful rambling turquoise hilltop farmhouse. This vacation rental is located on a 10 acre tropical paradise in the quaint town of Kapaau, on the beautiful North Kohala end of West Hawaii's Gold Coast.
Kohala Country Adventures Guest House is a magical place to "get away from it all," to spend quality time just relaxing, appreciating, being creative, exploring, treating yourself, or as our favorite L.A. return guests say, "listening to the silence;" mother Nature provides the background music.
Kohala Country Adventures Guesthouse is the perfect base from which to explore this magnificent old-style Hawaiian place, with it's diverse treasures, natural and creative. Explore the ancient heiaus, Mookini and Puukohala and the ancient fishing village of Lapakahi. Birthplace of King Kamehameha the uniter of the Islands, Kohala proudly honors the King with a magnificent statue which heralds the entrance to Kapaau Road. We are located 1/4 mile "mauka" (uphill).
